Warranty Coverage

• All electrical components covered by a 6-month or 3,000-mile warranty (whichever occurs first)
• Battery failure during the warranty period will be repaired or replaced
• Main motor hub and battery warranty valid for up to 6 months
• Normal wear and tear is excluded from warranty coverage
• Liquid damage, misuse, modification, corrosion, and accidental damage are not covered
• Motor clutch bearing wear is considered a consumable item and is not covered
• Chains, tyres, tubes, brake components, cables, and other wear items are excluded
• Water damage affecting electrical systems is not covered

Maintenance & Usage

• Brake pads may require replacement approximately every 200 km (125 miles) depending on use
• Protect battery and charging ports from water ingress
• Use pedal assist regularly to reduce motor strain
• Inspect all nuts, bolts, and safety-critical components before each ride
• Routine maintenance is the owner's responsibility

Reporting Faults

• Faults should be reported by telephone or email as soon as possible
• Replacement parts may be supplied for self-installation where appropriate
• Non-warranty repairs may incur a labour charge of £35 per hour plus parts and shipping
• Independent third-party assessments may be sought in disputed cases

Returns Policy

• All sales are considered final
• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are only available where required by applicable consumer protection legislation

UK Road Legal Compliance

 IMPORTANT

Models fitted with motors exceeding 250W and/or providing assistance above 15.5 mph (25 km/h) do not qualify as Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs) under UK regulations.

Such models cannot legally be used on public roads, cycle lanes, or public rights of way unless they have:

• Type Approval
• Vehicle Registration
• Insurance
• Vehicle Excise Duty (Tax)
• Number Plate
• Valid MOT (where applicable)

Without these requirements, higher-powered models are strictly limited to use on private land with the landowner's permission.
